– Mike Ritchie, President and CEO, Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group
Arrow serves globally-branded industrial, defense, engineered products, heavy truck, and off-road equipment companies. We sell our products direct to the end customers, not to distributors or resellers, to build strong long-term relationships built on quality and trust.
We manufacture and sell complex, value-added, tight tolerance components and assemblies. Our global team of over 650 engineers and craftspeople specialize in transforming customer design concepts into reliable, industrial-grade to-spec steel products. Arrow partners with best-in-class niche suppliers to develop top-quality products every time.
Arrow delivers customized solutions by operating as an extension of our customers’ design teams. Our operating platform and range of capabilities, along with our global reach, empower us to solve unique customer needs through the entire product lifecycle. Our goal is to offer the highest quality solutions in our industry, without compromise.
We believe that strong long-term relationships fuel our customers’ growth and bind us as an integrated and critical element of their supply chain. Our strong supplier partnerships maximize our content per program platform, allowing us to create cost-competitive products for virtually any design requirement.
