Building connections

to fulfill any metal manufacturing and fabrication requirement

“We’re operators buying operators. We find good business with complementary capabilities and customers, and we leverage Arrow resources to help make them great — by realizing their potential as part of our global network.”

Mike Ritchie, President and CEO, Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group

Arrow serves globally branded companies in the industrial, defense, engineered products, heavy truck, and off-road equipment industries. We sell our products directly to end customers, fostering long-term relationships built on quality and trust. Under the dynamic leadership of President and CEO Mike Ritchie, who grew Arrow’s anchor company CGL Manufacturing to $100 million in annual revenue, we are on a mission to become a premier provider to OEM clients across industries.

We manufacture and sell complex, value-added, tight tolerance components and assemblies. Our global team of over 650 engineers and craftspeople specialize in transforming customer design concepts into reliable, industrial-grade to-spec steel products. Arrow partners with best-in-class niche suppliers to develop top-quality products every time.

Arrow delivers customized solutions by seamlessly integrating with our customers’ design teams. Our extensive operating platform and capabilities, combined with our global reach, enable us to address unique customer needs throughout the product lifecycle. As Operators Buying Operators, we focus on acquiring best-in-class metalworking companies to enhance our solutions further, always striving to offer the highest quality solutions without compromise.

We firmly believe that strong partnerships fuel our customers’ growth and position us as an integral and critical element of their supply chain. By forging strong relationships with suppliers, we maximize our content per program platform, empowering us to create cost-competitive products for virtually any design requirement. Arrow is dedicated to supporting and growing our acquired companies — we have no interest in flipping, splitting, overleveraging, relocating, or closing them. Our goal is to build to a billion, not divest or destroy.

Our guiding principles and values form the foundation of Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, bringing together all our companies and shaping our partnerships and acquisitions. We are committed to finding companies that align with our vision and values, ensuring a cohesive and successful collaboration.

We prioritize processes that protect our teams, customers, and the communities we operate in, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.

We maintain complete transparency throughout the product development lifecycle, fostering trust and open communication with our customers and stakeholders.
