Mike is a visionary who brings decades of metal manufacturing experience and customer service excellence to achieve Arrow’s strategic growth objectives. He specializes in creating long-term partnerships that create profitable futures for our team members, customers, supply partners, shareholders, and communities

Christina Kotsios
CFO, Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group
Christina joined the AFMG team as CFO in February 2022 and brings 15+ years of strategic financial and operational leadership experience with a focus on M&A, integration and execution. Christina is responsible for the group’s overall financial planning to enable the Company’s growth objectives.

PAMELA MCARTHUR
CHIEF PEOPLE AND CULTURE OFFICER, Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group
Pamela McArthur is responsible for all human resource, culture, health and safety, and wellness initiatives across Arrow and its divisions as part of the company’s new shared services model. She has a wealth of experience in human resources, training, leadership development, and culture at the executive level.

DAVID EDWARDS
VICE PRESIDENT OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT, Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group
David’s role with Arrow is project-based, focusing on adding value to all aspects of Arrow’s business and future acquisitions. His duties will include designing, developing, and implementing initiatives to increase profitability and improve processes and systems that support the company and its divisions.

KEITH ZEHR

With over 30 years of management experience in manufacturing and 22 years with Steelcraft, Keith is responsible for the execution of the company’s overall strategic vision.

SHAWNA LEIGHTON
President, CGL Manufacturing Inc.
Since joining CGL in 2013, Shawna has held several leadership roles in finance, operations, and administration. As President, Shawna oversees initiatives aligned with CGL’s tradition of quality products while maintaining high customer service standards.

PAUL RAK

As a member of the Veriform team for over 25 years, Paul specializes in managing core customer relationships, supporting the design and manufacturing teams, and pricing approvals in the company’s production and engineering divisions.
